Pressure-test the format
Advise on staging, performance, sound, editing or a sensible production scope.
Showrunners, directors & producers
You know what it takes to move from an idea to a production. Help shape a storytelling format that is thoughtful, practical and worth making.
Why you are invited
Performance, framing, pacing and sound all affect how a child encounters a story. Your experience can help establish a creative standard and a process that respects both the work and the people making it.
A manageable beginning
Start with a focused production conversation, an introduction or advice on one session. A full shoot is only one possible contribution.
What helping could look like
Advise on staging, performance, sound, editing or a sensible production scope.
Introduce a director, crew member, studio or storyteller when there is a clear fit.
Explore a limited collaboration with agreed resources, responsibilities and deliverables.
Before you commit
Set the scope, availability, equipment, crew, budget, rights, safety arrangements and review process before production. Working around an existing shoot must be explicitly agreed with the people responsible.
Questions & clarityIf you want to do more
Help refine a repeatable format, support emerging crew or advise on the creative direction of a collection. Deeper work should have its own brief.
The first contribution should be worthwhile on its own. No continuing role, outcome or level of involvement is assumed.
Practical questions
No. Practical advice or one well-matched introduction can be a useful first contribution.
That can be explored, but access, scheduling, permissions and resources must be agreed. We do not assume spare production capacity.
The format is being developed. A conversation should identify what is ready, what needs testing and what a particular collaboration would require.
Share your role, what interests you and a possible first contribution.
